NMR Service measurements at 600 MHz:

The 600MHz spectrometer is only for research purposes, not for routine spectroscopy!

This is the reason for some additional rules!

We will run your spectra on 600MHz only, if:

• Requirements:

  • Tubes have to be clean outside (if not, this will cause a penalty of “2 weeks no NMR service”)
  • broken (shortend) nmr tubes are not allowed

   

  We ran your spectra on 600MHz spectrometer only, if:

  -         compouds are pure (checked by 500MHz-NMR, not TLC)!

  -         a copy of the 500MHz 1H-NMR spectrum is attached to this order form (500MHz spectrum not older than 2 weeks!!!)

  -        the sample is a solution not a suspension

  -        solvent mixtures only if with main solvent > 80%,

  -        sample amount and molecular mass, number of carbon signals (for carbon spectra) are given

  -        Preferred nmr tubes are 3mm tubes

  -        Optimum filling volumes are:

  3 mm tubes: 120-150 μl (filling height 3-4cm)

  2 mm capillaries: 50 μl

  1.7mm capillaries: 35 μl
