Title: Asymmetric 3-D Microenvironments by Directed Assembly of Colloidal Building Blocks for Investigation of Cellular Response

Field of research:

Fabrication of asymmetric 3-D microenvironments for advanced studying of cellular response with respect to controlled substrate stiffness, surface chemistry, and environmental geometry. Application of nanoimprint lithography for fabrication of 3-D surface patterns and free-standing polymeric building blocks and their following investigation via (field emission) scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM).
