Project:

Analysis of Polymer vesicles by means of confocal light microscope (fluorescence & lifetime) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Particular attention is on loading and leakage of vesicles, because these vesicles can be used as well as for drug delivery and as an indicating device (for bacteria in wound dressing).
