Project: Development of nanofiber based enzyme-sensing substrates from biopolymers for rapid and selective detection of specific bacteria. Nanofibrous sensing substrates will be synthesized using electrospinning and coupled with colorimetric substrates. The substrate systems will then be developed as an array for multiplex bacteria detection.
